1. Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Aditya Packers and Movers. By booking our services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. Once a booking is confirmed, a rescheduling or cancellation must be communicated at least 12 hours prior to the move.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices provided are based on initial information and may change depending on actual inventory, distance, labor, or unforeseen circumstances. Full payment must be made upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Packing & Handling

Our team ensures the safe packing of all goods. However, Aditya Packers and Movers is not responsible for damage caused due to poor packing by the customer or previously damaged goods.

5. Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive for timely delivery, Aditya Packers and Movers shall not be held liable for delays due to traffic, weather, strikes, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure that all items are ready for transport and that there is clear access to the premises. Valuable items such as cash, jewelry, or documents should not be transported via our service.

7. Liability & Claims

Any damage or loss must be reported immediately upon delivery. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item and cannot exceed the amount paid for the service.

8. Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in full charge.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Any information collected during service will be used only for service-related purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad.
